This agreement is valid for a period of one year, commencing on date of signing and ending in 1 year. This contract will auto-renew for successive one-year periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term. Lennis Design, LLC agrees to provide infrastructure in accordance with the terms set out above. Any modifications to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Texas.
